Data-Driven File Names
Build naming patterns from your CSV columns — SKU, product name, platform, size, or any combination — and the plugin fills in actual values from each row during export. Every file lands with the exact name your team, client, or upload system expects. No renaming scripts, no post-processing.
Naming sanitization: The plugin automatically handles characters that aren't allowed in file names — slashes, colons, special symbols — by replacing them with safe alternatives. You don't need to clean your CSV beforehand.
Automatic Subfolder Sorting
Exports are automatically sorted into subfolders based on any CSV column, artboard name, or group name. Choose a column like "platform" and each unique value gets its own folder during export. Combined with format grouping, your entire output is organized and delivery-ready without any manual sorting.
Format Selection
Define multiple Export Sets — each with its own format (JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, PSB), scale multiplier, and quality level. Need JPG at 1x for email and PNG at 2x for web? Both export in the same batch run, no extra passes required. PDF, PSD, and PSB each offer a "Single" mode (one file per artboard per row) and a "Whole-Doc" / "Multi-page" mode — that totals nine distinct format options.

Multi-Platform Campaign Delivery
A social media manager runs campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter for a SaaS company. Each platform requires different dimensions (handled by separate templates), but they all pull from the same content calendar CSV.
The CSV includes columns for post date, headline, body text, image path, and platform. The file naming pattern is set to [ColumnName]_[Artboard] using the headline column, while subfolder sorting groups exports by platform.
